NTRO WEBSITE DEDICATION

NTRO has updated our website following the June 2022 election. This new version of the website is dedicated to Tolbert Chisum (1942-2018). Tolbert was NTRO Committeeman from 2000-2011, a friend to many, and never turned down an opportunity to discuss politics while sharing some fries at the Hubbard Woods McDonald's. You are missed.
